Heather the Artist
I was born in Devonshire and now live in the Exeter area where I am ever inspired in many ways by the beauty and historic value of this area.
The hills, rivers, sea cliffs and the magic of Devon have given birth to most, if not all, of my interests over the years.
My family have lived in this area since at least 1720 and I hope that my artwork and research will continue to contribute something to Devon for centuries to come.
I live with Natalie and our family of cats. Natalie is severely ill and disabled but we enjoy the creative value of our studio life and sometimes get out and about.

Natalie the Inventor
I grew up in London where I had a career in electronics and counselling. Due to ill health I had to give this up and
moved to Devon shortly after meeting Heather.
The consequences of Anorexia Nervosa mean I am disabled now
and because my digestive system has failed I get my nutrition from synthetic feed and rely on
other medications to keep me alive. I have also suffered brain damage and have Heather to look after me.
We now spend much of our time with our cats and I like to invent pottery glazes and
electronic projects in our small studio. This keeps my mind active and is very therapeutic.
I devote my time also, when well enough, to helping others who suffer from eating disorders. I use my counselling skills
and medical knowledge and have set up a comprehensive website which has already helped many people world-wide.
